Kaspersky Total Security includes all features of Kaspersky Internet Security, with additional benefits like regular file backups, personal data storage in a vault, password protection, and tools to protect children from harmful content while managing their digital activities.

Kaspersky Security Cloud includes all the features of Kaspersky Total Security, with added adaptive security technologies that adjust based on your specific needs. It can be installed on Windows, MacOS, iOS, or Android devices.

Here are some possible explanations:

You may have forgotten about one of your subscriptions or licenses. Review your subscriptions on My Kaspersky or check your email for details. You can find instructions in this article. You remember having a license or subscription, but you aren’t using it because you’ve already purchased another one. You can either use the expiring license on a different device or wait until it expires. You previously used a Kaspersky application but have uninstalled it. In this case, the notification may be sent in error. If so, please submit a request to Kaspersky Customer Service and choose the appropriate topic for your inquiry.

When you purchase a subscription or license, you can select the number of devices you wish to protect. You also have the flexibility to change devices at any time. For example, you can remove a MacOS device and add an Android device instead. We recommend managing your devices, subscriptions, and settings through your My Kaspersky account.

To activate the application on multiple devices:

Install the application on as many devices as your subscription allows. For installation instructions, refer to this article. Connect the application on all devices to the same My Kaspersky account or use the same activation code across all devices. For more detailed instructions, refer to the Online Help for your specific application.

1. Right-click the application icon in the lower-right corner of the taskbar and select **Exit**. If the icon is hidden, click the **Show hidden icons** button in Windows. 2. If a confirmation window appears, click **Confirm**. 3. Open **Control Panel** (refer to Microsoft support for instructions). 4. Go to **Programs and Features**. Select the Kaspersky application and click **Uninstall/Change**. 5. If the application is password-protected, enter the username and password, then click **Yes**. 6. If you’ve forgotten the password, reset it by following the instructions in this article. 7. Click **Next**. 8. Re-enter the password if required, then click **Next**. 9. Save the activation code in **My Kaspersky** for future use: – If signed into **My Kaspersky**, click **Next**. – If not signed in, click **Save** and follow the instructions in the application, then click **Next**. – **Note:** This step is skipped if uninstalling Kaspersky Security Cloud, as your code is already saved in **My Kaspersky**. 10. Select the checkboxes next to the data you want to save, then click **Next**. – If you do not select the **Operational settings of the application** checkbox, the application’s data and settings will be deleted. 11. Click **Remove**. 12. Click **Yes** to reboot the computer.

It is not possible to reduce the number of protected devices under the current license.

For example, if you have purchased a license for three devices, you can use it on one, two, or all three devices as you wish. However, the number of devices cannot be reduced, nor can the license price be adjusted accordingly.

Once the license expires, you can purchase a new license with a reduced number of devices.
