Refund and Return Policy

Please note that digital licenses can only be refunded in cases of failure. Once a license has been activated, it cannot be returned. To request a refund, please contact us at support@licengo.com within 30 days of purchase, providing your order number and license key.

  • If you encounter an issue with a product, our team will diagnose the problem and provide troubleshooting steps within 24 hours.
  • If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will offer either a replacement key or a full refund.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process.
  • License Validity & Software Compatibility
  • All licenses sold by Licengo are valid for the initially installed device and cannot be transferred to another computer.
  • Software compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility. We provide license keys only, while the software itself remains the copyrighted property of Microsoft or other brands.
  • Refunds will not be provided for software compatibility issues, as compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility.

Defective Keys & Replacements

  • If a license key is defective, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on the customer’s choice.
  • The validity of defective keys will be verified using Microsoft PID Checker.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not accepted once a license has been activated.
  • Exchanges: If a license key is defective, we offer either a replacement key or a refund, based on the customer’s request.

Disclaimer & Support

  • Licengo is not responsible for any local computer issues that may affect software functionality.
  • All products purchased from Licengo come with a 1-year warranty, covering reinstallation and PC resets.
  • We offer free live chat, WhatsApp and email support for all purchases.

Immediate Digital Delivery & Consumer Rights

To deliver the goods immediately, as we do, we need your explicit consent so that we do not hold the goods for the 30-day cooling-off period. Please note that the consumer will lose the right to withdraw from the contract after giving express consent to start the delivery of the digital content.
