I didn’t receive my purchased license after more than 2 hours?

If you haven’t received your license key within 2 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk email folder. If it’s not there, you can log into your account to find your license under ‘Order History.’ As mentioned on each product page, some licenses are delivered instantly, while others require manual processing, which can take a few hours.

Orders are processed sequentially as they are received. Please be patient; if you haven’t received your license within 12 hours, contact our support team to prioritize your order or request a full refund.
